Personal Note: This book is a very good beginners guide. It gives quite a few human stories on it's use. I like it's discussion on the 7 groupings that Dr. Bach sorted the flowers into. I feel that this book also compliments the encyclopedia well.
A Beginners Guide to Bach Flower Remedies by Sylvia Cotton
Bach Flower remedies are natural medicines made from flowers. They have the power to resolve the negative and spiritual states that are the root cause of disease. This introductory guide is designed to help you start using the remedies for yourself, and includes: - the nature and history of the remedies - case histories showing how the remedies work - how to select and take the right remedies - how to find good practitioners.
In short, I feel that all 3 of these books are very complimentary. The Encyclopedia Of Bach Flower Remedies is the most comprehensive and both Bach Flower Remedies For Animals and A Beginners Guide To Bach Flower Remedies will further enhance your understanding and aid in your Bach Flower Remedy plan.
