Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling will always be refunded for over charges!

Our goal is to keep shipping costs down for our customers yet still cover our expenses. This takes more time on our part but, as a fellow consumer, we find shipping charges frustrating.

Certain items in the store are heavy and we have to flag them to ship separately so as not to crush the Big Foot Foodie (BFF). This could possibly overinflate your shipping charge depending upon what you've ordered.

All overages will be refunded as store credit unless noted by the customer at checkout.

International Orders: It is the buyer's responsibility to know their customs laws. If customs refuses to accept and deliver a myParrotopia package it is the buyer's responsibility and NO refund will be issued.
